Ivory Stack reads like a cooled artifact, built from stacked fields of pale matter held in compression. The surface carries its own weather, with relief, abrasion, and pressure marks that make the light feel physical. Dark edges and seams hold the structure in place, giving the work an architectural spine while the ivory tones keep it hushed. It holds restraint with force behind it.
Ivory Stack was completed in 2026 at the artist’s studio in Soho, New York.
